相当舒适和准时。比原定抵达时间仅晚了15分钟。

非常漂亮的 VIP 巴士。对于 185 厘米的男性来说有点太矮了，但有自己的空间还是不错的。请记住在登上巴士之前脱掉鞋子。有点令人惊讶的是，从老街到沙巴的最后一站，我们不得不从 VIP 巴士换乘小型货车（可能是因为不需要太多人一路走上去）

The driver was sick and he can’t stop coughing. Really annoying

The sleeper seat was nice, private, and comfortable.

Everything perfect. Only the driver… he shold be less rude.

The bed is just 1,80, so for tall people you can not be completely laid down. A lot of bumps in the road, so it is very difficult to sleep. The staff woke me up by kicking hard my knee. Staff very rude.

The cabins were great but the service wasn't very kind. We arrived to Sapa at 3"30 am, and they threw us out of the bus. Other companies allowed passengers stay sleeping until 6 am in the cabus, until hotels receptions were open. .

The Sao Viet bus was like travelling business class on a aeroplane. The cabins were spacious, modern and clean.

The bus itself is great, but the journey was very noisy with alot of honking and bumps. I couldn't fall asleep at all, but my friends could. So just a heads up.

it was cold on the bus, part of the air conditioning didn't go off. Noi Bai boarding station is not at the airport, but 2 km from the airport. There is not enough information. The place is not marked on the maps (google.maps).

1. The bus was 2 hours late. And it wasn’t our bus, it was a van that would take us to our bus. 2. While waiting for the late bus, I tried to contact 12go and the Sao Viet people but no one answered or was of any help. 3. When we arrived at the bus, the spots we had selected prior were taken so they just made us take other spots. 4. I tried to bring my backpack in to my sleeper unit because it had my water and phone charger, but one of the workers started grunting and ripped it off my back. When I asked why, he didn’t say much and just threw it in the compartment below the bus. I said that’s fine, but can I at least get my water? He just shook his head and shooed me away. 5. When we arrived in Lao Cai (not my stop), one of the workers kicked my shin hard to wake me. When I tried to get up to see what was happening, he just shooed me back into my sleeper unit. 6. Side note, the license plate number provided by the bus company before the ride weren’t the actual ones on the bus nor the van - so that wasn’t helpful. The bus itself was fine, what you’d expect for a sleeper bus. But the service was pretty sad. I did not feel welcome or safe around the workers. I would not use Sao Viet again.

Easy ride to and from. Beds are comfortable, clean and well equipped. Our bus was re-scheduled to an our earlier and we were given 30 min notice before new departure time, so plan accordingly and give time for last minute changes. Overall, good service

A new experience for me, the bus was comfortable and clean. Locals were also riding the bus so we can follow their etiquette

The bus was very comfortable and the driver was was very careful when driving up to Sapa- no speeding or reckless driving- I would give him 5 stars. BUT the rest of the service was terrible- I booked an early bus, 6am departure. The day before I got a phone call from the office to be at the office address at 5.30- fair enough. I had paid for the ticket online, true, but it's a usual practice to be at the pick up point 15-30 min early. On the departure day I arrived at the office on time, not many people there, the bus picked us up and at 5.45 we took off to another meeting point to pick up the rest of the people, still in Hanoi. I dozed off since it was quite early only to be woken up by a screeching bus driver #1. It was at the pick up point #2. He shaken me awake (literary shaking my leg) and with another passenger who was translating for him, he demanded to see my ticket. Then he wanted to know if the backpack that was next to me was my only luggage and why I keep it on the seat- it was my only luggage, small 20l backpack with camera, money and all the other things inside so I didn't want to put it in the baggage compartment. He begrudgingly agreed and he let left the bus. And closed the door. It was around 6am. And we stayed there form 2 h! I could see the people waiting but not allowed to enter the bus. Only around 8.30 they started coming in and we took off. Obviously, we arrived in Sapa at 3 pm, not 12.30 as scheduled or confirmed that morning at the office. No explanation, no appologies- nothing. As I said bus driver #2 was great driver and he brought us to Sapa. Very pleasant and smiley man. Bus driver #1 was a proper asshole, shouting at us in Vietnamese whenever possible and he was about to actually shake my again in Sapa, when I was taking my backpack to leave the bus, as he keep screaching- Sapa, Sapa in my face. Very disappointed with this service and general organisation.

the bus was comfortable and i felt safe, the staff was also nice.. we had a half hour brake in lao cai.

The bus was an hour late, leaving at 5am not 4am, meaning I missed my tour I had booked. I had to move to three different busses. The bus staff were also rather impolite.
