Golden Queen Fast Boat

本来是从圣吉吉码头出发，但 Golden Queen Boat 的工作人员发了一个 Whatsapp 通知我们，出发地点已更改为 Bangsal 港口，而是从我们的酒店提供免费接送服务。到达巴东拜港后，我们和两个德国人一起乘坐面包车前往各自的下车地点（酒店）。我们的票上明确写着我们可以免费乘车去酒店，但如果我们想在酒店下车，司机却坚持要向我们收取100,000卢比。我们拒绝了，他最终把我们送到了乌布市中心。

Changed pier! my 15 min travel time changed to 2 hours and had to be up for 5:30am

We sat on deck and fell asleep! The ride was super comfortable and the check in was easy. However, the staff was a little bit rude to all customers. After our bad experience with Maruti group I definitely recommend Golden Queen!!!

Although the AC was on, the temperature inside was a little high. Other than that no complaints here!

Goldeb queen changed the route without any questions and suggestions. Instead of Seragan bay we came to Padang bay.

There was a strong smell of gasoline in the boat. But Aircon was working. Everything worked but we had better experience in Indonesia than with golden queen.

I already took boats with several companies in Bali and the boat from Golden Queen was the best and the crew is amazing.

The boat left more than 1 hour late and no one could tell us when we would board. Logically we arrived at our destination 1 hour later. I'm not giving it just one star because they let us go on top of the boat and they entertained the trip with music and selling beers all the way.

We were really scared of the harbour because of all the scammer at Padang Bai, because we had a really really bad and rude experience last year arriving there. But the trip going from Padang Bai was well organised. The Golden Queen had A/C and it was in time. It smelled a little to much like petrol. But all in all a hood trip to Gili T.

Comfortable seats, air conditioning and access to the roof for seating and drinks.

Unfortunately not the best experience. We left more than one hour late (but that's very much something to expect given the dependency on sea conditions), but i especially didn't like the boat, which was pretty old and didn't feel the safest on choppy sea.

Official time of departure was half hour after the one we booked at 12go Asia. Left actually more than one hour too late. We were not in their list during check in so took them 15 minutes to add us. Boat stoped in the middle of the ocean and the engines were of for five minutes. Arrived at 6 pm instead of 3.30 pm. But the boat was spacious and good AC.

The staff were helpful from start to finish. The boat left on time from Bangsal pier to Padang Bai and the journey was smooth. We were able to sit on the sun in the roof and the staff were selling beers and drinks too. There was a few waves and bumpy patches for around 5 mins but apart from that the boat was so smooth.

Overall this was good value for the money. The people from Golden Queen did a good job telling you were to go and told us where to pay the harbor fee that was not included in the ticket. Everything was on time, even arrived 15 minutes earlier to Bangsal Pier. No air condition in the boat, so it was a bit warm. The boat was full, but the seats were quite big so no problem.

It was a great ride! The staff was friendly and helpful, the captain took it very chill. And there was enough space on the boat. The staff made sure everyone was happy and had a good time. Would recommend!

There were not enough seats inside for all passengers, there were some “seats” outside, under the sun. Thankfully there was no rain that day.

Poor service, treated us more like cattles. No correct prices from Gili Air to Gili Meno.

Good enough! The bar seems to be pretty low for a lot of these fast boat companies. But I thought Golden Queen was pretty good. The ocean was pretty calm, so that helped. The boat was timely and comfortable enough. AC was running, not truly cold, but mostly just keeping the cabin from being too hot. People can sit up top, which helps spread people out so the cabin doesn't feel over-packed. Some people get upset about the additional 10,000k harbor fee (so cheap that I can't imagine being upset about that). However, paying the tax was a little unclear. From the Golden Queen check-in office, a Golden Queen employee told us to follow him to the dock, and then turns around and is like "do you have your receipt for the harbor fee?". And everyone is like no, wtf is that, I just followed you here. He then points in a general direction to go pay the fee. Making everyone feel stupid and confused. So that part was a little misstep in the process that could be fixed easily. Only complaint of the boat would be the gasoline smell in the cabin, but it got better once the boat was moving. And maybe turn the AC colder by a little bit.

No air conditioning in the boat working properly.

No departure from Senggigi but from Bangsal, so requiered a car trip with Friendly driver. Boattrip was awful. Extreme loud, pounding low quality music that caused all passengers ear damage. We asked the staff to turned the volume a bit down and they arrogantly answered that this wasnt a sleeping boat and continued smoking their sigarettes. I recommend you to travel by boat with Gili Getaway. They are friendly, calm, comfortable seats, and serve cold water and linen cold refreshment towels before arriving. Golden Queen serves drunk young touristst better.
