Giới thiệu Capitol
Hai yếu tố chính làm cho việc di chuyển bằng xe khách trở nên hấp dẫn là sự lựa chọn đa dạng về điểm đến và giá cả phải chăng. Không phải tất cả các xe khách đều mang lại sự thoải mái hàng đầu, đủ chỗ để chân hoặc không gian để hành lý, nhưng hai điểm trên có thể bù lại. Bên cạnh đó, xe khách luôn mở các tuyến mới đến các điểm đến mới nổi, từ đó mở đường cho các nhà khai thác xe buýt, và nhiều lúc vẫn là phương tiện giao thông duy nhất đưa bạn đến đó. Xe khách thường xuyên cung cấp dịch vụ nhanh hơn xe buýt lớn, thời gian biểu linh hoạt hơn và dễ dàng thích ứng hơn với nhu cầu của khách du lịch về mặt lịch trình – nếu nhu cầu tăng tạm thời do cuối tuần hoặc ngày lễ, xe khách sẽ bổ sung thêm phương tiện vào đội xe hàng ngày của họ dễ dàng hơn so với các nhà khai thác khác. Capitol Giá vé & Hạng xe khách
Không như xe lửa hoặc xe buýt lớn, xe khách hiếm khi cho bạn lựa chọn hạng vé. Tất cả các ghế đều giống nhau – có thể gọi là ghế tiêu chuẩn, VIP hoặc tên gọi khác. Tuy nhiên, điều có thể khác biệt là loại xe khách. Một số xe chỉ có 9-10 hành khách. Đối với khách du lịch, điều này có nghĩa là chỗ ngồi rộng hơn, nhiều không gian hơn và chuyến đi thoải mái hơn. Du lịch bằng xe khách: Ưu & Nhược điểm
Ưu điểm du lịch xe khách
- Xe khách có thể là cách duy nhất để đến một số điểm đến xa xôi nhất, thị trấn nhỏ hoặc làng mạc không được kết nối bằng xe buýt lớn hay xe lửa.
- Xe khách cũng có thể đưa bạn đến một số hòn đảo nối với đất liền bằng phà ô tô đón cả xe buýt lớn và xe khách.
- Do kích thước nhỏ hơn so với xe buýt lớn, xe khách cơ động hơn trên đường. Nó dẫn đến thời gian di chuyển có thể ngắn hơn, đặc biệt nếu điểm đến của bạn không xa.
- Mặc dù xe khách có một điểm dừng chính thức trên đường, nhưng chúng cũng có thể đưa bạn xuống ở một điểm thuận tiện hơn – không cần phải đến tận bến, chỉ cần yêu cầu tài xế của bạn. Lưu ý rằng không phải lúc nào cũng có thể, nhưng trong nhiều trường hợp, họ sẽ hợp tác. - Tài xế trên xe khách có lẽ thuộc vào loại chạy ẩu nhất. Gabriela HThis was my second time traveling with this company. On my first trip, everything went smoothly, but unfortunately, this time I was quite disappointed.
They advertise Wi-Fi on the bus, but there was no Wi-Fi at all during the entire 7-hour journey. I was counting on having internet to work along the way, especially since I had Wi-Fi on my previous trip with them.
I also missed the water bottle they provide to travelers on my first trip, so I was expecting to receive one this time, but unfortunately, I didn't.
The biggest issue for me was the additional $10 fee for border assistance. My trip was from Ho Chi Minh City to Phnom Penh. The company collects your passport and the $10 fee while you're still on the bus, before you even reach the border. They don't give you the option to handle the visa/border process yourself, even though you are perfectly able to do it on your own.
I understand charging for an assistance service if a passenger chooses to use it, but in this case, the service is mandatory because they don't allow you to do the process independently. In my opinion, if I'm paying for a bus ticket from Ho Chi Minh City to Phnom Penh, I shouldn't be forced to pay an additional $10 for a service I don't need or want to use.
Overall, I expected a similar experience to my first trip, but unfortunately, this time it wasn't as good.

When we finally found it the bus was late (thank god because we were late too because of them) then as the bus was getting more people we realised the driver was giving everyone a water bottle exception us… When we asked for one they didn’t have any more…

Driver did not communicate at all,he stopped at various places just outside the City and picked up some random people who then took up the spare seats.
Obviously a hustle!
They were then dropped off at various places along the route
He stopped the bus,left the engine running on two subsequent occasionsand got out without explaining it was a rest stop?
There was only one bottle of water on an eight hour journey given,no snacks provided despite it being advertised on the website.
When we arrived in Ho Chi Minh City he made no announcement that we had arrived at our destination,it only became obvious when he got off the bus and stareted to unload everyone’s luggage
This was on the side of a busy street with what appeared to no organisation
Certainly would not reccomend if this is the standard

Kelli RThe bus stopped very often to pick up and drop random people along the way. A 6 hour journey turned into a 7 1/2 hours because of this. Additionally the couple of times the driver stopped for “toilet” breaks we were not told how long the stop was for so it was very confusing. Several people asked the driver but he could not speak any English so we had no idea what was going on at each stop!

But if it was full, I think it would be an issue as there is not even a hand divider between the seats

Peter PI traveled with Capitol from Sihanouk Province and had a very good experience. The bus was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The seats were spacious, and the air-conditioning worked well throughout the journey, making the trip relaxing.
The driver drove safely and responsibly, and the staff were polite and helpful from boarding until arrival. The departure was well organized, and the bus arrived on time, which I really appreciated.
Overall, the journey was smooth and comfortable, and I felt safe during the whole trip. Capitol is a reliable bus company with good service and reasonable pricing. I would definitely choose Capitol again for future trips and highly recommend it to other travelers in Cambodia.

Adam RIt was a sleeper bus. Cold air was coming from several vents, blowing directly onto my head and face, and it was almost impossible to close or adjust them. Because of this, it was very uncomfortable to sleep.
They provided a small blanket, but it was too small and did not help much against the cold.
The second issue was the toilet. It was very wet inside, and it was difficult to use it properly. At the same time, passengers were required to take off their shoes inside the bus, which made using the toilet barefoot very uncomfortable and unhygienic. The most serious issue, however, was the incorrect departure location shown on your website. The address indicated online was in a completely different part of the city from the actual departure point.
Fortunately, I checked the location one day in advance and managed to find the correct place on my own. Otherwise, even if I had arrived two hours early at the address shown on the website on the same day, I would have missed the bus entirely, as the real departure point is on the opposite side of the city.
This information must be corrected immediately to avoid passengers missing their trips.

Suppose to leave at 8.00 am, we left at 8.10am.
Suppose to arrive at 2pm, we arrives at 4.40 pm !
Driver drives properly, not too fast , not too dangerous, but he stops every 10mn to drop or take a package somewhere !
We did 4 stops for toilets, maybe 2 should have been enough for this trip.
This bus was confortable, with big chairs , you can lay down your legs and recline your seat.
A/C works properly.
Price was good for this véhicule /ride.

Aswell a phone number or email adress would help a lot to be able to contact the company in cases like this. 12go support didnt respond at all...
At least we could change the bus without extra fee to a later one after we finally were at the right location
