Manuela ZChuyến đi vẫn ổn cho đến nay. Một chút thú vị với toàn bộ chủ đề nhập cảnh. Nhưng nó hoạt động tốt. Thật không may, chúng tôi đã trễ 1/2 tiếng lúc đầu và trễ gần 2 tiếng lúc cuối mà không có lý do thực sự rõ ràng (không bị kẹt xe hoặc điều gì đó tương tự). Dự kiến khởi hành lúc 3 giờ chiều và đến lúc 8 giờ 06 phút tối. Chúng tôi bắt đầu lúc 3 giờ 30 chiều và đến nơi lúc 10 giờ tối.

Camila GTôi đã rất ngạc nhiên với khoảng không gian của các ghế và mức độ thoải mái của chúng. Tôi nghĩ đó là chiếc xe buýt tốt nhất mà tôi từng đi theo sự thoải mái. Họ thậm chí còn có một màn hình để xem phim hoặc trò chơi, nhưng đáng buồn thay, chúng không hoạt động trong suốt chuyến đi. Xe buýt dừng tại một điểm để mua thức ăn và đi vệ sinh. Mặc dù vậy, tôi chỉ phải cho 4 sao vì chuyến đi 5 giờ kết thúc sau 8 giờ. Xe buýt đến ga muộn và sau đó với giao thông, nó chỉ tiếp tục trì hoãn. Cuối cùng chúng tôi đến KL vào khoảng 20:00 trong khi lẽ ra chúng tôi phải đến lúc 16:30. Lời khuyên tốt nhất là đi xe buýt từ Butterworth thay vì Penang vì giao thông ở đó rất tệ, chỉ mất khoảng 2 giờ, vì vậy hãy tránh điều đó và thay vào đó hãy đến Butterworth (và kiếm một ít thức ăn cho chuyến đi hoặc bạn có thể chết đói nếu gặp khó khăn trong giao thông nữa).

Hafida AXe buýt trễ 50 phút, tài xế có vẻ tức giận, cuối cùng chúng tôi khởi hành lúc gần 3 giờ chiều thay vì 2 giờ chiều. Không có giao tiếp nào, không có tiếng Anh trên tàu. Người lái xe trông có vẻ cáu kỉnh suốt chặng đường. Chúng tôi đã dừng lại mà không có lời giải thích. Cuối cùng, chúng tôi đã chọn lấy thay vì chờ đợi lâu hơn. Nếu bạn là khách du lịch/người đi du lịch, hãy tìm ai đó nói được tiếng Anh để bám vào. Lợi ích: không gian để chân và sự thoải mái tốt.

It is true what the other reviews tell you. The bus driver seems very careless with his passengers. Luckily for us he was accompanied with a man who was closer to nice and spoke English.
The aircon is very cold and the bus smells of old cigarettes… BUT there are lots of leg room and the seats can transform to a semi bed.

Jack Mgreat bus, little delay at the boarder but that was expected. The only thing is the busses are hard to distinguish when you are at the bus stop do make sure you are asking the bus drivers in order to not missthe bus.

Max GBus was quite late. The expected arival time was very optimistic. It took about 2.5 h just to leave Singapore and pass customs. Wholw journey took about 7 hours. Keep that in mind.

Pascal KWe arrived late and at a wrong place, mzch further from the center than supposed to. The driver said the vehicle was broken, but when everyone was out he just kept driving... He honked very loud and a lot during the drive. It seemed as he was stressed that we where late. He droped us 1h later than scheduled and on a trainstation outside kuala lumpur. So we had to find out by ourselfs how to get to the city. No excuse, no attempt to help us. That was really a bad experience. At least he dropped us at a trainstation and the seats were comfortable. Therefore 2 stars and not only 1.

Arnold Gcame an hour late for pickup, arrived an hour late at destination, so instead five hours, the trip took seven hours. the bus is not in a good condition at all. my seat in the last row at the window was not comfortable, avoid it if possible. cheap way to travel, but unfortunately not very comfortable.

James DThe bus left 20 minutes late. Shortly after the air conditioning stopped working. It seemed that the air con would die when the bus was running. The bus then stopped on the side of the highway and alternative buses were organised for the passengers. The driver was stressed but he remained helpful. Several hours of waiting followed and I arrived at my destination almost 5 hours later than I should have.

Anna SThe driver was doing other things while driving and we more than once crossed over to another Lane - scary! But we made it to KL without any accidents.
Support was very helpful when we felt the need to confirm that we were on the right pickup-spot.
We was delayed before even starting our journey and it didn’t take long before the driver stoped and left the bus for approx. 10-15 minutes. The fact that the drive took longer than anticipated was NOT the traffic.

Only about 30 mins of this could be attributed to traffic. The rest is due to leaving 40 mins after the advertised time (despite the bus being there 10 mins after it, we sat for 30 mins with nobody new getting on) and terrible estimation from the company. The bus makes a lot of stops that mean it has to drive out of the way which is completely understandable for a bus but it needs to be included when estimating the arrival time.
Spending 8 hours on the bus when we were expecting 5 was very frustrating.
The second issue was the stops. In the 8 hours on the bus, the only opportunities to get food were stops at bus stations (which often don't have much to offer).
Excluding all of the above, the seats were at least relatively comfortable.

Maja BWhen I got to the bus company I was sent on the wrong bus (KL instead of Ipoh). Before entering and on the bus I'd ask the staff several times if this was the bus going to Ipoh, which they confirmed. And yet, when someone checked tickets (after one hour) I was told to get off the bus and wait for 30 minutes to get on the right bus. When I finally got on the right bus, there was no seat with the number printed on my ticket. So I ended up being moved around until a staff member finally gave me a seat that hadn't been booked.

Andrew CThe service was delayed and the staff at the bus station was both unhelpful and quite rude. I had to ask several times when the bus was coming and he dismissed me several times telling me to sit down and almost laughing in my face. He then gave me information after it was already late saying it would be very late. It was unhelpful and the communication remained poor. The bus broke down for 2 hours, 1 hour outside of Kuala Lumper. Again, we had no information about what was happening, for the first hour and 45 minutes, and just told to leave the bus. A replacement bus did come and we finally arrived in Penang at 8.40 am, instead of 5.10 am. It was a significant delay and caused problems for our first day in Penang.

Kai BIt was nearly 2 hours late. Bus driver burped all the time and made noises, one time came in with a cigarette in the bus. Drove while honking all the time. But he was friendly

Jagoda TCentral location was easy to find. However I could not see any signs telling me if I needed to go to a counter to check-in (like other companies) or just wait for the bus. Bus also came late, but we managed to get on an earlier one. Luckily I called on whatsapp and they responded to my questions.

Paige HWe booked a VIP bus at 10:00 that showed it should take 5hrs.
Arrived at the pick up point half an hour early as advised, to be told our type of ‘vip’ bus wouldn’t be there until 1pm but there was space on the bus about to leave, which was just a normal coach.
Advised we would arrive in KL around 3-4pm.
Our coach left at 9:40 and arrived in KL 19:30.
It took almost 3 hours to get through the border due to very long traffic queues and then long queues for passport control.
The bus was fine if the journey had been 5hrs but for 10hrs it was too cramped.
I cannot see how this journey could have happened any quicker so would advise to expect the longer advertised time for the buses rather than 5hrs.
Disappointing to pay more and end up with the cheaper service.
Driver was patient at crossings at waited for everyone’s return. One stop at a service station around 2 hrs before KL.

He stops at the Station without saying anything and we hat to descend the bus the Next Station 45 Minutes far away from the other drop off Point.

Madeline WTook 8 hours instead of 4 but there was a lot of traffic. One stop for toilet in a hole in the ground which was unpleasant. But all in all very comfortable.

Kevin GBus was an hour late without any information, we had booked seats on the bus, it was then called free seat choice. No help loading luggage. After 2.5 hours there was a break, but here too there was no information about when to continue or where the toilets were. After a few minutes the driver honked which was the signal to continue driving. Also, the driver thought he was driving a racing car instead of a bus. All in all, I cannot recommend the bus company. The only positive was the seats, they were very comfortable and there was plenty of space.
