Bus was comfortable! Waiting times were okay... sometimes you had to wait 10-30 Minutes for your connection ride.. but that's totally okay!!
Chuyến đi là tốt, chuyển giao đã diễn ra tốt đẹp. Tuy nhiên, bạn phải đặt một chiếc taxi để đến đón và đưa bạn về khách sạn khi bạn đến (400 baht cho 2 người). Thêm vào đó, AC hơi quá mạnh.

The ride was good, transfers went well. However, you must book a taxi to come pick you up and drop you at your hotel when you arrive (400 baht for 2 persons). In addition to that, the AC was a bit too strong.
It was confusing at times, I felt like I didn't know what will happen next with the delay to the bus, changing of bus getting a new ticket, getting a mini bus getting on a ferry, felt like a lost sheep 🐑.
I really can't recommend the "extra service" offered by the lady at the Bus terminal, where the customers get their ferry tickets. Taxis and other transportation is definitely available at the ferry and way cheaper than the 200 Baht per Person she charges. Otherwise pretty good service and helpful staff.
I went to Koh Samui, the process was not very well organized, because after the bus we were simply dropped off and offered to pay for the transfer to Koh Samui separately so as not to wait. But that is not all. I was forced to buy a return ticket to Bangkok, without which they simply did not give me a boarding ticket for the ferry to Koh Samui. I had to make a decision about when I need to return within one minute, as the bus to the ferry was already waiting for me to board. In general, the greed of organizers knows no bounds.

We have to wait more than 1 h before to take another bus to finish the travel UP to the ferry. Some other company are doing a complete travel Bangkok koh Samui with the same bus witch is more useful ;
