Chúng tôi có một chiếc xe tải nhỏ, (chính xác là thứ mà tôi không muốn) Người lái xe khá thô lỗ, hét vào mặt những chiếc ô tô ngoài cửa sổ, (và với một hành khách tội nghiệp không biết liệu đó có phải là chiếc xe buýt phù hợp với anh ta hay không, chủ yếu là bởi vì đó là xe tải chứ không phải xe buýt) Hối hả ở đầu bên kia để mua vé tàu cao tốc khứ hồi, thứ mà tôi không cần, nhưng cô ấy đã nói dối về giá cả… Cuộc hành trình vẫn ổn vì hành khách rất tốt. Tài xế lái xe như thế. Một kẻ mất trí (một lý do khác khiến tôi không muốn có một chiếc xe tải, như kinh nghiệm của tôi thường làm)

We booked a mini bus, a sim very tall. We got a mini van , (exactly what I didn’t want )
The driver was fairly rude, shouting at cars out of the window, ( and at one poor passenger who didn’t know whether it was the correct bus for him , mainly because it was a van, not a bus )
Hustled at the other end to buy a return speedboat ticket, which i didn’t need, but she lied about the prices…
The journey was fine because ethe passengers were nice. The driver drove like. A lunatic (another reason I didn’t want a van, as they usually do in my experience)
We were delayed in traffic, but could still reach the bus and do our trip. The driver took an extra 300 baht from my girlfriend at the end of the trip, saying it was the wrong bus. (But right timing, company, ticket, and destination ?) bus size is not very suitable for taller people - reason for my comfort score
I was late and missed my bus but everyone was so great and arranged alternative transport for me for free, meaning I still managed to make it to my destination despite my own mistake. Thank you so much!
Booked the speedboat at price addon compared to the ferry only to have to wait 60min at the pier as the operator didn't want to leave "before we are 8 more on the speedboat". After my complaints we left 25 min after the foreseen arrival time and were late 30 min. This is ok overall, but not with this reasoning.

12go said that « all connection are guaranteed » and we were supposed to arrive at 11:50 and finally we had to wait 45 minutes for the boat to come and arrived at 1pm.
Everything positive and easy. The company take care of me from the counter on bus station in Bangkok till arrival on the island. Great service! Thank you
