Als wir wie auf dem Ticket angegeben 30 min vor Abfahrt am Checkin ankamen wurden wir informiert dass es erst eine halbe Stunde später als angegeben los geht. So saßen wir 1h sinnlos irgendwo im nirgendwo rum. Die Fahrt war dann aber gut.

The journey was quite nice lovely scenery. We stopped here and there but it was nice to break up the trip. The driver even stopped about halfway through for us to buy some food or use the bathroom. I asked him if he could drop us at our hotel (in the Khao Sok town center) and had no issues. I imagine if your hotel is out farther away from here you need to transfer. You travel via Khao Lak so will be longer than if you went direct, but worth the savings taking this service. Would take it again 100%
The van was not very clean, the ac smells a lot like an old dead animal or something.
I had book a complet transfer to my hotel like all the people inside but the man let us along the road and tell us to take a taxi instead! I stay siting en the van and told him i will not go everywhere because i've paid and he finally put me at the hotel but all the others have paid for a taxi. Crazy thing!
Good transport service with RTC in Krabi. The van was comfortable and the ride was smooth. Perfect option for transfers in the area.
However, 12Go sent us a confusing email telling us to go to the RTC office but without any address or directions, which made it a bit difficult to find. Once we got there, everything worked well and the transport itself was very good.”

Our ride from krabi town to khao Sok town was clean and well done. Driver was on time, there was a lot of room for us and we were able to put our big bags in the trunk. We stopped for snacks and food. The drive was also shorter than expected and in just two hours we arrived at our accommodation. have nothing to complain about.
Overall good, however there was a number to contact in case of any questions. I've sent a message to confirm an exact pick up location, and never got a reply. Managed to get to the right place ourselves.
First of all, the driver did not get the right address to pick us up. We gave the right hotel address but apparently another address was communicated to him so we started with a 45min delay. Then the trip lasted 6h instead of 4, the driver made maybe 5 stops along the way, people were getting on and getting off for no reasons like a city bus, we had to stops in another place and change van with no explanations. As a result, we did the trip to go back with a private cab. Very poor experience with that Ao Nang/Khao Sok transfer.
