Es hat alles super geklappt …. Wir warteten eine halbe Stunde vor angegebener Zeit in der Lobby wie gewünscht und wurden mit nur 5 Minuten Verspätung abgeholt. (Wir waren die letzten aufgrund Standort) reibungsloser Transport und pünktlich am Pier gewesen. Check in am Pier mit den Voucher lief auch reibungslos und dann ging es auf die Fähre.

Easy to book and straight forward experience! Pickup was slightly later than we thought but in plenty of time for the ferry and the bus to the ferry was very cramped but not an issue.

All was very good and well organised
It missed only one thing : on contact before the pick up to confirm
Driver picked us up on time, vehicle was bit worse for wear and very hot but fine overall. Got to pier with time to spare and the ferry crossing was great, very smooth 2hrs - toilets and mini shop on board were great.

Picked up on time from hotel and was a pretty smooth process. The expected arrival time was way off. Was supposed to arrive in Koh Pi Pi at 3 and arrived at 4.
Efficient and friendly. Pick up was on time and helped me with my bag . Arrived in plenty of time for ferry .
