The van was not very clean, the ac smells a lot like an old dead animal or something.
I had book a complet transfer to my hotel like all the people inside but the man let us along the road and tell us to take a taxi instead! I stay siting en the van and told him i will not go everywhere because i've paid and he finally put me at the hotel but all the others have paid for a taxi. Crazy thing!
We did make three stops during our trip from Krabi to Khao Sok, but each stop lasted no more than one minute. Therefore, it wasn't like the reviews we had read before.
The estimated arrival time at Khao Sok (bus station) was indeed 12:30. Then, the driver asked for the hotel address at the Khao Sok bus stop. One of the guys whose hotel was at the lake couldn't come with us because the minivan couldn't travel that far (more than 6km), so they had to take a taxi from that point. Our hotel was the Khao Sok Legend Poolvilla. Despite the very bumpy and dirty road, the driver still took us to the accommodation without complaining. Thank you, guys!
Our mini van turned up 1 hour late. We didn’t think it was arriving at all! I called all the numbers on the booking and every phone line was closed. when the driver did finally arrive he had a sign with the wrong name on. Once he arrived the journey was very nice but we were 5 minutes away from booking another mini van
The journey should be 3:40h and it was more than 5 hours!!! The driver was delivering some packages during the trip, and we came to our hotel so late that we didn’t have time to go on our planned trip in Khao Sok, I’m not recommending this bus.
Overall it was good. Drive was smooth, we arrived at the time specified, though it left earlier than indicated (40min earlier, I would have expected 30min earlier but not 40min). The driver was kind enough to stop for a pee break. Overall I’d recommend!
