The driver will call you on that day. If you dont know, just add zalo and use google translate. Copy vietnamese language. Wait at Vinh Trung plaza. Better close to The Blues cloth shop. However departure has been late for 10 to 15mins, and need to pick up people at some other place, it makes final arrival time at around 1040am. One good thing is driver will ask where to drop u by, but it takes some time also before your destination. Supposed 2hrs trip so it charged higher, but at the end not 2hrs. Anyway, still put 5points as overall Hue journey was not much affected.
Bus was due to arrive at 4.45, at 3.15 they asked us to come early to leave at 4, we then waited around and were told it was late and would come at 5.30 but this did not happen. The driver kept lying to us telling us he’d be there in 5 minutes, 2 minutes, 7 minutes etc. In the end we waited for 3 hours when the bus finally arrived for it to only drive us 5 minutes down the road and drop us off at a bus station where we then had to wait again. In the end we didn’t leave until 8 (4 hours after we were meant too) in a car which then dropped us to another mini bus on the side of the road. All in all a mess of a journey, wouldve much rather they just told us there was an issue and to come back in a few hours.
Although I do have to say the customer service I got from Thao Bui via WhatsApp was really great/helpful, she was trying to resolve the issue and speak the driver to get a solid answer. She also offered a 50,000 refund per ticket for each of us for the inconvenience which we really appreciated!

1) Location of the shop is inaccurate, it is across the street in the shop called Hanh Cafe(not Queen Bus Cafe). The location pin both in Grab, Google Maps, and the PDF file is wrong, it is across the street, and I spent 10min looking for it. Good thing I was a little bit early.
2) The bus is not on time and parked for 10min along the way. I don't mind the time though, it is not important to me.
3) This is the important, the elderly lady staff is rude and non-communicative. I understand that maybe her English is limited, but a Queen Cafe bus arrived at the shop going to Hanoi(I'm going to Hue) at the time of departure(2:30PM, departure to Hue is actually 2:15PM), and I asked her if that is the bus going to Hue as it is possible that the Hanoi bus may stop by Hue, but I don't know, I'm not sure. So I asked the lady if that is the bus, and she treated me like she doesn't hear or see me? I panicked as they are boarding the Queen Bus at departure time, and the lady staff doesn't confirm yes or no if that is the bus I'm taking. It doesn't need English to say yes or no. She even gestured that she was annoyed that I was asking, it's so frustrating. So a guy came by and used Google translator and said there is a car coming to get me to the Queen Bus. But then in 10min, another Queen Bus arrived going to Hue. Everything was smooth after that. It's also frustrating that I can't confirm from the lady if the online ticket I'm holding is valid or not. Stressful. A little bit of empathy and accomodation for online customers to give them assurance and update on those digital tickets they are holding.
Please notify us a day in advance to confirm that the bus will depart an hour later than scheduled. On the actual day, the bus was delayed by an additional 20 minutes, and the driver paused for a 30-minute lunch break shortly before reaching Hue, despite our warnings that this would cause us to be late for a tour that was scheduled to start in under an hour.
Great driver, really friendly and welcoming from the start. Even dropped me off at my hotel, rather than the drop off point. Comfy and great service - turned up exactly on time - thanks! WhatsApp support was also great and so efficient.
