Nueng Wเก่าไม่ตรงตามรูป ไม่ได้ดูใหม่สะอาดเหมือนที่เขียนเครมไว้ ขากลับ ห้องน้ำแย่มาก ส้วมเต็ม กดไม่ลง แถมรถไฟเสียงดังมากๆๆๆๆ ดังกว่ารถไฟไทย ทีแรกก็ทำใจแล้วว่ารถไฟมันดังอยู่แล้ว เพราะเคยใช้บริการรถไฟไทย ไม่คิดว่าจะดังขนาดนี้ หลับไม่ลงทั้งขาไปขากลับ ทำให้เพลียมากๆ ถือว่าพลาดที่เลือกทั้งไปทั้งกลับ ครั้งหน้าถ้าจะไปซาปา จะขอลองรถ Sleeping Bus ดีกว่า แต่พนักงานที่พาไปส่งขึ้นรถดี ทั้งขาไปและกลับ

Chin BExperience was great! We booked same day in the afternoon, to start to go back to Hanoi at night, and got a confirmation within an hour. We got to the train and had free refreshments and a personalized letter to thank and welcome us (+points for this gesture!). The cabin was clean, restroom too. The ride sometimes was not so quiet but it's normal since we're on a train 😅. For our first sleeper train experience, overall, it was great as we managed to get some sleep, left and got to our destination on time.

Arthur KWe could't find anywhere on 12go asia or on the voucher how to get our tickets, making it really difficult to get in the train. We Also had to change room several times because the crew could not find our reservation.

Andreas TWe slept in a nighttrain from the Company Lama Express. We got some snacks and drinks in the cabin and the beds where clean. A sleeping train is sometimes loud, but that is normal. We arrived in time. The toilets were clean. The AC was as always in Asia very cold. You have to book to the main Railwaystation in Hanoi because there are 3.

Casper ABed was hard as a rock. The free water, soda and beer was hot and they would not exchange them with some cold. You could buy new cold one?!
