Easy to book, easy to board and a clean, air conditioned space to wait in. We booked for the 2:15pm slot which boarded 10 minutes late, but still made it to Nusa Peninda before 4pm.
Pier was damaged so we were shuttled to the “cruise” in a tiny boat. It had to make 4 trips to load all passengers. Arrived 30 minutes late. No aircon on the boat. Only good thing was that the boat sailed nice and calmly
Billabong has a great service but the boat is quite old. Departure from Sanur is more folkloric as you have to walk through water. Seeing the number of boats travelling every day they should consider building a kind of wooden bridge or other like in Sampalan Beach. Also 30 min is more 45-50
Die Fähre fährt trotz Zeitplan irgendwann. Viel zu spät losgefahren, obwohl es di erste Fahrt am morgen war. Am Abend das gleiche Problem. Schiff stank zudem extrem nach Benzin/Diesel oder was auch immer…
Forte odeur d’essence dans le bateau, le retour était prévu a 16h. On nous dis de venir 1h avant pour au final voir une affiche avec écrit prochain départ a 16h30. Personne nous a prévenu. Heureusement que nous devions pas aller a l’aéroport ou autre.
Fast transfer to Nusa Penida. The boarding was fast as well as the cruise. Lots of waves and a few people getting motion sickness around us. Overall, all went fine!
El viaje fue bien, pero ojo porque si llevas maleta grande tendrás que subirla por una pasarela muy empinada o arrastrarla por la arena cuando te dejen en la playa. Es recomendable ir con pantalones cortos y calzado de agua para mojarte hasta los muslos.
Way to the island was overcrowded and very hot. The boat was too late and it took 1,5h from A to B. People were puking but didn't have bags and the temperature was too high, no ventilation

After I bought the tickets online, your company (sent an email) stated the tickets would still need the confirmation of the operator and that will take 24hours and more. I bought the ticket more 2 days earlier and yet on the day of my ferry, l never received your company confirmation email. That created unnecessary stresses.

The trip leaving in the early morning was good because the ocean was not rough.
The only part of the trip that is not really pleasant is when you arrive at Sanur Port. The boat has to navigate slowly to go over shallow waters and it moves a lot. If you're easily seasick, make sure you take some pills to avoid drowsiness. Several people were vomiting (in their respective bags) at this point.
Also, in Sanur Port there is no pier; the boat parks backward facing the shore, and you have to get off the boat in the water and you will get your legs wet up to your knee. This is not a deal breaker for me, but I think it's worth mentioning :)

Be aware that you access the boat by walking into the sea, with water up to your knees. No jetties.
The operator cancel the boat and 12go change us for another company to go to Nusa lembongan first at 17h and after to Nusa Penida and we were ok with that. We arrived to the new company and they didn't know anything about this change, I had to send an email to 12go to say what was happening. At the end they told me I will be travelling with another company and at 16h we had to run to arrive to the boat. Everything was very crazy...
The boat was super busy, there were too many people for the number of seats. The ferry was late leaving Sanur. We arrived in Penida about 45minutes later than scheduled. Voucher from 12GO was perfect.
Our boat was canceled without any notice. Using 12Go Asia for this trip was a MISTAKE. We arrived at the pier and they said no boat today. Luckily a local helped us rebook with a different company. There should be some kind of notification system in place.
