The plane was comfortable enough and the pilot and crew were wonderful. Snacks could be tastier but that was not important. I think the company makes it easy to book and the journey was easy and the plane arrived with only a few minutes delay. Well done!

Reservation process very good as was date change. However I received a sms that my flight was cancelled and to check my emails. There was no email. It took support half a day to get back to me causing us anxiety. In the end we learned the flight was not cancelled at all.
