Mucho tiempo de espera desde que nos dejan en el puerto hasta que sale el barco. Podría iniciarse el traslado más tarde para adaptar con la hora de salida del barco.

Nightmare boat journey (so rocky & took an extra hour than anticipated) & bus left 1 hour late. Arrived in Koh Tao at 7pm
Bags on the front of the open boat don’t look remotely safe
Bus was ok. The ferry departed only an hour later and we had to wait without being informed or whatsoever. The ferry itself was very rocky so I got very sick. And it took forever to get there, while it departed one hour late we arrived three hours later than planned on Koh Tao (!).
Pickup was 1 hour late, then a dude on a motorbike came to take me to their "office"; had to wait there for another 1 1/2 hours until the minivan arrived to take me to Suratthani.
Almost there we ran out of fuel and had to stop in the middle of nowhere, where the driver was getting a gasoline canister. He did not speak a word of English so communication was quite difficult.
After several stopps at gas stations and seeming a bit lost, we were way behind schedule. In the end I barely made it to the night ferry at the surrathani pier.
Three stars only for getting me there in the end.

Not enough seats…luggage looked unsafe but staff on port side were very polite and helpful.
We wait in the bus almost half hour not knowing what’s going on. Our boat was delayed almost 3h, nobody could tell us why, the boarding was one big chaos, the staff don’t have any sign telling which group is boarding, after 15 minuts they get a sign telling who is going into boat. A lot of children waiting in line crying. The boarding took almost 45 minutes.
