Mr Hau is a very poor driver. We were very frightened during the journey, and it was an extremely uncomfortable experience. He put us in unnecessary danger several times by braking at the last moment and by taking his attention off the road while reading or replying to messages on his phone.
His driving was also very uncomfortable, as he constantly accelerated and then released the accelerator. He is the first driver we have had during our 15 days in Vietnam who made us feel unsafe.
Easy booking, super reliable Taxi Service. Driver itself was perfect, arrived bit earlier, drove calm without honking or watching videos. Should've gotten his Number, for future Trips to specifically get him.
The team at Saigondmc needs to be bit more responsive, they provided a hotline number to be contacted via whatsapp, but never once replied. I emailed 12go support (who responded a day after the booking time when I needed the help for the booking), and I emailed saigondmc who replied but just in the nick of the time and after repeated email. Besides, driver came in with an empty battery and we had to sit in the car for a good time while the electric car was charging.
While the driver arrived early, he took the long way and mostly avoided the main highway. And while he may have offered me a mint, he didn’t offer a stop along the way. I didn’t need it but it is nice to be asked like other services have asked me. I understand it’s been raining but the car wasn’t the cleanest with evidence of mud in the door well! I pay a premium price so expect premium service.
