Der Fahrer hat uns mit 20 minütiger Verspätung am ausgemachten Treffpunkt abgeholt. Wir waren die letzten Touristen, die den Ort verlassen haben. Der Fahrer hat auch auf WhatsApp Nachrichten und Anrufe nicht reagiert.
Alle Mitarbeitenden sprechen so gut wie kein Englisch was die Kommunikation sehr schwierig gemacht hat
The ride was great, no major issues. But major issue was that there were 2 locations for drop off but I couldn't find where 1 of the location was on Google maps and the location I picked was so damn far from the old quarter. There were 4 people who got off midway and swapped to a car.
Pretty good trip overall, just wasn’t quite sure what was happening when we got off and shuttles into another car but we got to our destination in the end!
The van arrived a little late, but the van is really nice, with massage chairs and leg room, and I believe we arrived at our drop off earlier than expected
Free water bottles were also provided
We arrived at the transfer location and ushered into the vehicle and away we went.
The road is good to travel on, the traffic on that road is a different story.
The massage chairs and comfort were great.
The roadside stop for a toilet break was the complete opposite of comfort. Squatting in a field would have been a better option.
The driver was quite rude and drove crazy. He went onto a slip road to overtake and swerved back onto the motorway, we did get to Hanoi in record time though.
