Really good the provider reacted basically the minute i booked to hammer out the exact details.
The drive from Ninh Binh to Hanoi was fast and without any interuption and the transfer from the pickup/dropoff busses and the main Bus worked without a hitch under guidance from the employee at the other end of a whatsapp line.
All in all you can happily book this bus for any transfers from Ninh Binh to Hanoi
Der Fahrer hat uns mit 20 minütiger Verspätung am ausgemachten Treffpunkt abgeholt. Wir waren die letzten Touristen, die den Ort verlassen haben. Der Fahrer hat auch auf WhatsApp Nachrichten und Anrufe nicht reagiert.
Alle Mitarbeitenden sprechen so gut wie kein Englisch was die Kommunikation sehr schwierig gemacht hat
The ride was great, no major issues. But major issue was that there were 2 locations for drop off but I couldn't find where 1 of the location was on Google maps and the location I picked was so damn far from the old quarter. There were 4 people who got off midway and swapped to a car.
Pretty good trip overall, just wasn’t quite sure what was happening when we got off and shuttles into another car but we got to our destination in the end!
The van arrived a little late, but the van is really nice, with massage chairs and leg room, and I believe we arrived at our drop off earlier than expected
Free water bottles were also provided
The minibus was completely full, and not all the luggage fit in the trunk. I was sitting in the very back and couldn't adjust my seat because of all the luggage in the trunk. I sat very uncomfortably for 2.5 hours. The driver took a 20-minute break an hour after we left, and that was with a total travel time of 2 hours! 🙈
First they denied picking up from Tam Coc hotel, I had to insist that it's included. Massage feature was not working. And my seat charging point was not working. Water Bottles were lying on floor.
