Had been waiting inside the car alone for 25min (driver did not say a word).. then had to change the bus again without any word of explanation. Arrived 1,5 hrs later than expected (estimated time had been 2 hrs) bc there were different people always on and off the van constantly

it was unexpected such a good travel experience. I asked for a spontaneously time change via facebook messenger. After just seconds i already got an answer. They also changed my pick up location for me, so it was easier to get there. The guy also dropped me up directly in front of my hostel. Highly recommended!!

Mit Abstand das beste Busunternehmen Vietnams. Sowohl kurze Strecken im Van als auch die Fahrt im Nachtbus waren super komfortabel und der Service deutlich besser, als wir es sonst gewohnt waren (kleine Beispiele: Durchsage im Bus bzgl. der Pause, Bereitgestellte Schuhe um aus dem Bus auszusteigen...). Die Busfahrer waren sehr nett und bemüht, trotz fehlender Englischkenntnisse mit GoogleTranslate unsere Fragen zu beantworten.

We are extremely satisfied with the service. It was raining a lot, so we asked via WhatsApp to wait at a coffee that was nearby. The person managing the booking alerted us when the van arrived. The driver was very nice too and he had a safe a pleasant trip (even with heavy rain). Great experience!
It was a very modern bus and the service was excellent. The driver was punctual and drove well. I highly recommend the company.

What a joke! Although the price was cheap, the company did what's best for them not the customer. At the witching hour, they told us that our shuttle would be leaving a half-hour late and it actually turned out to be almost an hour later. We requested to leave later from Hue so we could have adequate time which they were amendable to, and then they messaged us while we touring to let us know that they were cancelling the later shuttle and we'd have to take our original one.
So in short, they showed up an hour late which impacted our time in the city of Hue.
