Inaccurate information. The trip was not what indicated in the booking. The departure time was later than indicated, the vehicle type was supposed to be a minivan but it was a sleeper bus, the trip took longer than indicated and the destination address was more than 30min away from there one listed on the booking, the only solution given by the bus driver "pay yourself for the transfer".

Es hat alles super geklappt. Als ich am Treffpunkt angekommen bin, sind wir sofort losgefahren. Ich musste nicht warten. Die Reise war schneller als gedacht und der Bus war überhaupt nicht voll. Kann ich ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen!
I had a day trip which is why I booked a bus for 7 pm. On the same day they text me that the bus leaves an hour early. Thankfully my trip ended early and I got there at 17:45. when I got there the bus was already there and all the people were waiting for me inside. We started driving immediately and after some time were dropped off at a bus station to wait. There we got on another bus to get to Hue. We got there in the end. The seats were comfortable but the time management was not good
Wir sind eine Stunde später losgefahren, weil der Fahrer im „Stau“ steht.
Wir konnten das nicht so richtig glauben. Es fühlt sich eher danach das sie zwei Touren zusammen gelegt haben um nicht zweimal fahren zu müssen, denn eine Stunde später sind wir mit vier weiteren Personen gefahren die nicht mit uns gewartet hatten.
Grundsätzlich hätten wir damit kein Problem gehabt aber das hätte man im Vorfeld auch einfach kommunizieren können und wir wären eine Stunde später am Treffpunkt gewesen.
So saßen wir 1,5h sinnlos rum um auf unseren Transfer zu warten.

We went to Da Nang first crammed with 6 people into a car, changed there for the van before changing to another van outside of Hue. Also made a lunch break of 20+ minutes just 20 minutes away from Hue. Arrived about 45 minutes late. And thats triple the price of a bus. :(
Collected from pick up point but left 20 mins late. Bus was very comfortable and driver was nice. However very annoying repetitive loud music played throughout the trip
Paid extra to book the VIP bus. Received an email the night before that the bus was delayed by 45 minutes (which was fine, happy to have known ahead of time). When it arrived it was the Sleeper 40. The ride itself was fine, but the tickets for these buses are quite a bit cheaper than what we paid. The staff at the bus stop told us to email the company, the company replied to say they would "look into it" but haven't replied since. Ride was fine, but probably not worth paying for the upgraded bus.
