Le point de rendez-vous prévu à l aéroport a été modifié sans que nous soyons prévenues . On a eu beaucoup de mal a trouver le nouveau point de rendez vous malgré plusieurs appels téléphoniques à ma société et au chauffeur
At first I got tested that they would pick me up at the hostel. Whe I asked to conform they did not reply. Then just on beforehand thee said I neede to go tp the bus myself and that they could order a taxi for me. That was okay but then I had to pay for it myself, which was double the price of a Grab. Wheb I asked them about it they did not replay to my teksts. Very bad service.
In the end I had contact with the manager and I got a full refund, that was good service.
Had to wait 30min for the bus despite waiting at the designated pick up point only to realise it was a shuttle bus picking up people before going to the actual bus location. Booked for 8pm bus but departed from HG at about 9pm.
Arranged a hotel pick up via whatsapp, waited at my hotel and then got a phonecall from the driver if Istill wanted to go on the bus as I wasnt at the pick up point. Was then made to take a taxi to the main bus stop which was all very stressful. Bus was comfortable however the buttons to adjust my seat were broken so had to lie down the whole way. Was asked what hotel I was staying at for drop off, but was then dropped of at their office in Hanoi anyway and had to walk 15min to my hotel.
Used this company twice and both times the buses were spotlessly clean and the drivers were really safe, not speeding or driving erratically but not going so slow either. A bit of horn beeping - as is the norm in Vietnam. The drivers / guides also spoke some English and scheduled in regular stops. Well organised company, would use again.
Staff was unfriendly and rushed. Stops weren't communicated clearly.
Hoped it would have gone straight to the communicated endpoint in Hanoi. Instead, when we got near Hanoi we suddenly needed to get out of the bus, into a smaller one which would drop everyone off. This was taking extremely long, with some unexplainable out-of-city errands way after midnight. We arrived more than 2 hours later (at 3am).
