I would like to particularly thank 12go as they save my life as an international which is not able to pay in Redbus, they were really efficient and they sent the ticket 20 min after the booking.

Toilet was not open for the beginning few hours of the trip because the content will go directly to the street. The toilet was small. The bus made stops along the way without telling why or for how long.
The bus was difficult to find and in the end it arrived two hours early (5 AM). Which would be good if it was later on the day.
They opened the lights during the trip so I couldn’t get continuous sleep. My USB port did not operate.
Also. The bus was one hour late to start
I was promised a water bottle but never got it
The service was cancelled but never received any notifications. I only found it out because I phoned them an hour before departure to enquire about pick up point.
