Ecco VDe reis duurt belachelijk lang. Vanuit Khao Lak moesten wij nog mensen ophalen in Phuket. Hierdoor heeft de reis onnodig 3 langer geduurd. Vervolgens richting de boot gereden. Op de boot word je afgezet naar Ko Samui. Niks geen transport naar je hotel. Hier moet je alles zelf regelen. Grote chaos bij aankomst en een dure taxirit verder. Achteraf hadden wij liever gewoon een individuele taxi genomen van Khao Lak naar de boot.

Daniel ZAfter being late for 45 minutes, the driver just dropped us in the middle of the road to switch vans, after the company specifically promised that the ride will be from the hotel directly to the pier. Then, the other van let us wait for 30 minutes and didn’t pick up the phone, it was completely frustrating!
Because of being hour and a half late, the second van drove like 120kmh through the entire ride.
The only positive side was the ferry and the private ride to the hotel from the pier in ko samui, went pretty smooth.

Eive Had to shift car after a while because the first car didn’t go to Koh Samui.
There were som mechanical problem that the driver had to fix during the journey.
Otherwise it was no problem during the ride.

Stephen The operator did not contact me with any information regarding the van and ferry transport prior to pick up. The van was nearly an hour late but again I did not receive any notification regarding this until I messaged to see where they were. We had no idea what the itinerary was, arrival time etc. The 1st driver drove erratically. Got to our destination ok but information could be much much better 🤨
