列車ではゆっくり休めたし、遅延もなく、時間通りに到着した。

We had a good rest on the train, no delays and arrived on time.

列車は本当に汚く、トイレにはゴキブリがいた。

Train was really dirty with cockroaches on the toilet

時間を予約させてくれたのに、それを教えてくれず、代わりに選択の余地のない早い時間を教えてくれた

They let us book a time and they didn’t give it to us and instead gave us an earlier time with no choice

電車は50分遅れで、午前4時には永遠のように感じたが、すべてにおいて仕方がない。また、私たちの旅の間、誰も私たちの切符をチェックしてくれませんでした。駅に到着したとき、私たちは少し戸惑いました。12Goには、早朝に行くことに関する情報をもう少し追加するようアドバイスしたい！ 列車が到着してからは、幸運にも私たちだけのキャビンを確保することができ、旅の間中ぐっすり眠ることができました。全体として良い経験だった。ただ、小さな不都合がいくつかあったが、手を貸す必要がなければ問題ないと思う。

Train was delayed by 50 minutes, which feels like an eternity at 4am, but all in all can’t be helped. Also, during our entire journey nobody checked our tickets, we were slightly confused upon arrival at the station as there was nobody to give us any instructions, though it is fairly straightforward. Would advise for 12Go to perhaps add a slight bit more info regarding going early morning - IE train platforms, etc, but again not a massive problem! All in all once the train arrived we were lucky to have a cabin to ourselves and slept soundly most of the journey, could not fault as soon as we boarded. All in all a good experience, just a couple of tiny hiccups which if you don’t need handholding I’m sure are okay.

ニャチャンからダナンへ到着したが、1時間遅れた。さらに、1等客室にゴキブリが出没して眠れず、午前5時には数人のベトナム人がタバコを吸いながらドリアンを食べ始めた。私たちは列車を2等席に移動しなければならなかったが、2等席の方がずっと快適だった。

Got from Nha Trang to Da Nang but were delayed an hour. Additionally we couldn't sleep due to the cockroach infestation in our first class cabin, and at 5am several Vietnamese began smoking and eating durian. We had to move up the train to the regular second-class seats which were much more comfortable - sadly no refund is on offer.

2等寝台列車はとても寝心地が悪い。残念なことに、一等寝台はすでにすべて取られていた。

Second class sleeper train is very uncomfortable. Unfortunately all first class beds were already taken.

シーツは交換されていなかったと思うし、全体的に蚊で汚れた列車で、新しいトイレもなかった。ファーストクラスを予約した。

Don’t think the sheets had been changed, overal dirty train with mosquitos, no fresh toilett. Booked first class.

列車は3時間遅れで、部屋はエアコンがとても強かった。バスルームは比較的清潔で、普通のトイレだった。トイレットペーパーは持参する必要がある。私たちが選んだ席は空いていなかったので、別の席にしました。どの席が埋まっているか事前に知るには、鉄道会社に直接予約した方がいいかもしれない。12goの地図には全席空席と表示されていたが、実際はそうではなかった。

The train was 3h delayed and the rooms had very strong AC. The bathrooms were decent - relatively clean and with normal toilets. You need to bring your own toilet paper. The seats we chose were not available so we got different ones. It might be better to book directly with the railway to know in advance which seats are booked. The map in 12go showed all seats as available when it was not the case.

列車は少し遅れたが、ひどいものではなかった。ベッドは良かったが、ファーストクラスにはもう少し期待していた。シーツは前の客が使ったもので、まったく掃除されていなかった。ベッドの上の荷物入れには使用済みの赤ちゃんのおむつが詰め込まれていた。トイレはあまり良くなかったが、少なくとも存在した。 あまり期待しなければ、まあまあの時間を過ごせるだろう。

Train was slightly late but not terribly. The beds were fine but we expected slightly more from first class. Sheets were used from previous customers and not cleaned at all. There were used baby nappies stuffed into the luggage compartment above the bed. Toilets weren't great, but they existed at least. If you don't expect much, then you'll probably have an okay time.
