What a lovely trip we had! The trivet vas so nice and he was making sure that we were having a comfortable journey. And we scored did! He was the best!!!

Das Unternehmen schrieb uns 30 min vor Abholung.
Ein Foto des Autos wurde uns geschickt, damit wir es erkennen. Die Kommunikation war super. Der Fahrer fuhr ordentlich und hat eine Pause für einen Toilettenbesuch gemacht. Preis war sehr gut. Andere Anbieter konnten da nicht mithalten.

Bus left over an hour later than advertised, had to stop for fuel right away, made lots of unscheduled stops, took 2 hours longer than described. Bus was comfortable enough but not great for people over 5’10, couldn’t sit up in the upper level and couldn’t fit feet in the semi-sleeper compartment. Vehicle was tidy and they provided water bottles. They also provided a shuttle van to our hotel once we arrived in Mui Ne for free - that was nice.

Just perfect. We had the VIP sleeper 34.
The support before departure was great. In the office there were while we waited small snacks and water.
The bus was super luxurious. 2m long and min. 1m wide.
The bus drivers were very nice, really. Did we even let us out a little earlier that we better get to our hotel.
Even a break was announced to passengers.
Everything highly recommended. Everyone can look at something here.
The only thing was time. The ride was given at 3 hours. We needed almost 6.
Alles in allem gut. Wir sind angekommen. Leider war der Fahrer fast ausschließlich durch den Gebrauch seines Handys (WhatsApp Videos und Facebook) abgelenkt.

Driver was 1 1/2 hours late and not reachable by phone. After he got there, everything was perfect, though. We had a private van and the driver always made sure we were comfortable. He even provided us with water and fruits.

Seats are claustrophobic if you end up with the middle seats but if you already know what to expect then you will be mentally prepared. Seats are assigned to you so you can’t change.
We armed one hour late so do factor this in if you’re tight on schedule.
Lucky I was tracking my destination on Google maps as the staff thought we were getting off one stop earlier, if I hadn’t done this and trusted the staff, we would’ve gotten off over a 20 minute ride earlier with kids and luggage, and it was pouring down.

We are a family of 5. We booked a luxury sleeper. In the pictures we saw 2 rows of beds so that's what was booked. In reality we got a simple sleeper with 3 rows of beds, cramped and hot. In addition we only got top beds. At the reception they told us it was a problem with the company we booked from.
