Customer service needs to improve greatly. Crews should be helping with baggage placement and keeping the baggage out of isles, and only in the areas designated for luggage. The crew needs to take a more active role helping customers getting on and off the ramp. The interiors of the vessels are greatly in need of an update. The cleanliness of the vessels are poor. The crew should control the boarding by having clear designated lines for entering the ship and leaving the ship with ropes so it’s not mass chaos…single/double line files only.

Speedy Trip! We took the big ferry to the island from Split, but returned on the TP Line catamaran. It took about half the time and was very comfortable. Not the fault of TP Line, but it was a little stormy, so the ride was choppy at times. If you're prone to sea sickness, you may want to avoid the catamaran when the weather is bad.

Weather wasnt the best. It was clean. Not a lot of leg room for the seats. No wifi.

Escape to the Islands. Prompt boarding, plenty of seating. The vessel is old and looks tired. It wasn’t particularly clean - there were pasty crumbs over the window ledges but there isn’t much time in between turn rounds.

The whole trip , shade and sun in comfort. The prices at the cafe .5 euro for an ice pop and the toilets could be cleaner .

Ferry from Vis to Split. The ferry departed on time. The ferry was supposed to take 1 hour 20 minutes but actually took 2 hours 20 minutes, very disappointing.
