I recently travelled with OceanJet and noticed an issue during baggage check-in. The notice at the desk clearly stated that the baggage handling fee is 50 pesos per item. However, when we checked in two bags, we were charged 150 pesos. When we asked the staff, they mentioned that this location charges more than Cebu, which was confusing since the notice at the desk still stated 50 pesos per item. It would be helpful if the pricing displayed and the amount charged were consistent to avoid confusion for passengers.

Asked the coffeshop lady at port if the que that was there was to Cebu, got a hash replay that she had not the time to answere me… i was her only customer, i asked while she made my coffe! And on the ferry coachroachers was running around peoples bags and suitcases

due to tropical storm situation, ferry schedule was canceled. I sent email asking rebook, however, 12go did not responded in time to resolve my request. So,I have to purchased new tickets otherwise my family could not catch our flight on time. I request 2 business seats refund, is all I am asking.
