Creo que sólo recomiendo la experiencia a personas que ya lleven un tiempo en Vietnam. Nadie habla inglés en el autobús, y nadie estará disponible para intentar comunicarte o explicarte nada. Tienes que adivinarlo todo y ser muy paciente. El autobús no estaba sucio, pero me asignaron una litera superior (yo reservé una litera inferior) y me morí de frío durmiendo toda la noche con 10 grados, te dan una manta (no es suficiente llévate algo más) y en mitad de la noche el autobús para en un comedor que al parecer sirve comida incluida en el precio (nadie te lo explica, a mí simplemente me ignoraron, aunque le dije al encargado del autobús que quería comprar comida al ver que accedían, al final compré un bocadillo fuera). Otra cosa importante, yo mido 1,60 cm, creo que una persona de más de 1,80 cm lo pasaría muy mal, porque apenas hay espacio para las piernas. Solo apto para occidentales muy tolerantes jaja.

Los asientos eran demasiado pequeños y mis amigos y yo no podíamos extender las piernas. El autobús sólo tenía 3 paradas y eran muy cortas. Mi amigo necesitaba hacer pis y tuvo que esperar 2,5 h hasta que paró.

En primer lugar, el autobús salió 45 minutos antes, por lo que recomendamos llegar una hora antes de la salida. El personal era agradable e intentaba ayudar aunque no sabían mucho inglés. El interior no es ni mucho menos ideal. El autobús era bastante viejo, las sillas están bien para una persona de 150 cm de altura, por lo que la mayoría de los europeos se sentirán incómodos. No hay puertos USB, cortina, aseo. La sensación de intimidad es mínima. Los conductores conducen como maníacos así que olvídate de dormir - tocan el claxon constantemente y hacen giros. En general, recomendaría buscar un autobús de primera clase o, como decidimos hacer nosotros en nuestro viaje al sur, coger un avión.

Bus was 30 minutes late booked a sleeper bus, VIP shuttle arrived which was cramped (I’m 6,1), driver had no English so no communication. Arrived in Tam Coc told to get off bus after about three hours, luckily one of the passengers had some English and explained we wait for another bus at that location which was crazy busy. Very tired and confused at this stage. Lady at that location was helpful, put us and others in taxis to go to bus station where large groups were also waiting, a lot of confusion there, buses arrived with people scrambling to get on with drivers shouting in very broken English “get on get on”. Eventually got on our sleeper which was ok, you don’t get any sleep as bus was swerving through traffic breaking and blowing air horns etc. Arrived Da Nang with driver shouting get off get off. We didn’t know what was going on, it was dark with people everywhere, thought it was a toilet break so we got off to absolute chaos with dodgy taxi drivers in our faces, cars constantly beeping at us as there was no room to move, driver yelling get off get off all in darkness, had to check google maps to see what town we were in. Got back on, got our bags and booked a Grab all while fending off aggressive taxi drivers, had to constantly walk away from them as they were very persistent. I don’t recommend this service, drivers very arrogant and rude with little or no English, no communication as to what is happening and no sleep. We will be getting the train for our next trip.

First of all, I can’t fault the driving staff and the condition of the bus itself it was very good. But don’t book with this company, if you want a straight forward travel experience. Firstly, they told me that the bus we were booked on was broken down and we would need to get a mini bus to another town to then catch another bus. The location of pick up changed completely. After we had done 3 hrs on a mini bus, when we get to the main bus that was taking us to Da Nang, we are told by a lady on the phone. (Assuming operator staff) that even though we booked 2 cabins we would need to share a cabin as they had overbooked the bus. I argued and said that I will not be doing that as I had paid for 2 cabins, to then almost be guilt tripped into it. Had things said to me like “well if you don’t comply we will have to leave people behind” it is not my fault if they overbooked their transport. The bus was really nice and the driving staff were excellent! But the way it’s operated is awful

Brilliant ride! Excellent Service! Great Bus! Didnt expect that but even with 1,9m you could lay comfortable! And you save one night in the hotel if you take the ride at night

The bus driver messaged me the morning of the trip to confirm our pickup location. The driver was on time and the trip went very smoothly. I found the beds had enough room but you may need to tuck your legs up if you are any taller than 5'7"! Overall very good ride and had several stops to use the bathroom.

The Original Arrival time was 7.00 in the Morning. We arrived at 10.00 in the Morning, so 3 hours late it would have been not that of a big deal if the Support gave me evidence that we came 3 hours Late because I missed my Flight cause of it. I also explained it to the Support that I need evidence from 12go that the Bus was late or at least a response from them would be enough, to get my money back from the flight.But they just read the message and didnt answer. Driver was nice, I also like booking with 12go. But i lost 200€… And yes I estimated that the bus maybe arrives Late. I thought max 2 Hours Late then I still Can catch my flight.

Comfortable bus ride. Three stops for toilet and eating. No toilet on board. Wifi ok, chargers for phones ok (usb, c). I will recomend this ride to others.
