Por desgracia, la página web de reservas de 12go es un desastre. Si reservas un bebé, te cobran una tarifa de adulto, aunque los menores de 3 años viajen gratis.
El resto de la información sobre tarifas en el sitio web de 12go también es incorrecta. 12go insiste en una política de no reembolso a pesar de que su sitio web es la causa del problema que requiere un reembolso.
El personal de Si-Kat fue más allá del buen servicio normal para ayudar y corregir el error.

Unfortunately the 12go booking web site is a disaster. If you book an infant you get charged an adult fare even though under 3yo are free.
The other fare information on the 12go web site is also incorrect. 12go insist on a no refund policy even though their web site is the cause of the problem requiring a refund.

Cogimos el minibús porque no había suficientes pasajeros para justificar el autocar y el conductor conducía innecesariamente rápido. Los niños se marearon durante todo el trayecto y no fue un viaje relajante.

We took the minibus as there weren't enough passengers to justify the coach and the driver was just driving unnecessarily fast. Kids felt car sick the whole way and just wasn't a relaxing journey.

It is a good service and makes the process fairly smooth. Easier to find the bus here than battling through PITX bus terminal. Just go to the city state tower hotel and check in and they take you to the bus and easy from there. One stop at a very clean place for toilet coffee etc. Some snacks sold on the bus if you want. Only issue was the ferry allocated seats and didnt give us any choice, we were sat inside, and no window where I sat and I got seasick. Would be nice for customers to be able to choose their seat where available, and option to sit up top outside. Also at Batangas port the guy that took us from the bus just walked off and gave us no instruction. It worked out ok, but would be nice if he was a bit more helpful. But I think he worked for the ferry company not Sikat. Overall it was good and would use the service again to get to Puerto galera.

Very organised, staff who assisted at bookings, who joined tge trip yo Batsngas and tge one who escorted us at Batangas terminal are all very helpful, courteous , friendly and very accommodating.
The whole trip was extremely comfortable.
I will use this service again and recommend to friends and families.
