Alice BEl punto de recogida se cambió en el último momento, lo que dificultó llegar a tiempo para coger el autobús, y el proceso de recogida parecía muy desorganizado. Luego, me trasladaron a una cama compartida con una mujer y su hijo pequeño que no paró de darme patadas en la cara en toda la noche. A mitad del trayecto, el autobús estaba frío como una nevera y no había mantas. La conducción era tan accidentada que a veces casi chocábamos contra el techo.

Joseph RTried to use the toilet after 12 hours on the bus but the conductor just said it wasn’t possible without further explanation. I tried to ask why and he just completely ignored me. My fiance then tried to do the same thing and again completely ignored.

Pamela HTrain was on platform when we arrived , doors closed to train 20 mins before departure which caused panic as one of us was still on the platform , not knowing the Indian rail system and procedures this was concerning .
