Very good experience overall, the e-mail with instructions was very clear, vehicles very comfy and clean, drivers nice, we had a few breaks in nice places where we could buy food and drinks and go to toilet. Would certainly use again.

Overall good drivers and it ran fairly well to time. From Koh Phangan it’s important to know that once you are on the vans there is little to no time to pick up food and drinks. A few toilet stops but literally 5 minutes. Bring enough with you and know that you will be getting in Penang late and hungry.

I really had a safe trip because of Mr. Path (Hotline) First of all, when I bought the ticket, I couldn't find a record of the ticket anywhere. We checked with all the agents at the Koh Phangan pier but there were no ticket details. I called the hotline and then the adventure of help began. From the time I bought the ticket until I reached the hotel, we talked constantly. Don't worry, trust the process. The team is always there for you. Please remember to exchange money in the currency of your destination and arrange a Simcard before you change countries. My only negative comment was on the bus from Surat Thani to Hat Yai, it started raining and the bus was leaking water through the air conditioning vents. Try to sit in dry places. Also, this bus is stopping a lot and taking deliveries from some points. Thats why your travel could be little longer than you expect. Again and again, THANK YOU MR. PATH, YOU DESERVE 100000 STARS
