Nobody spoke english, staff just screamed at me several times because I didn’t do what they wanted (how would I understand if they Talk Vietnamese and do no effort to communicate with me) and they were also not really helpful. Luckily other guests on the Bus were friendly. In the end they just left me at any road even though the lady at the Office confirmed my drop-off Place twice.

They stated transfer time would be 1 1/2 hours, but it took 4 hours. This might get travellers with connecting bustransfers in trouble.

30 mins late, desoltate minivan to another stop (not transperant in the buying process), mainleg ok, break time without communication, drop off not on time (+1.5h) and not on the indicated spot but rather out of town. Overall it's possible to get from A to B, but not in time and not with the standard sold and not on the locations indicated.

The pick up location was not at Saigon Station and the bus didn't drop me off in Ben Tre. The dropped me off at a location that I had to take a taxi to get where I needed to go.

We left 25 minutes late and arrived almost 1 hour late (the trip was supposed to last 1h50 in total). They asked me where I was staying in order to drop me as close as possible and then they said they'll inform the driver. I showed my homestay and they told me they'd drop me in a specific spot. Not only the driver didn't know where I was supposed to go down but also we had a 20 minutes break 8 minutes from my "supposed" stop spot. It would have been so much easier to just tell me that I would go down there, I'd have my home stay to pick me up. But instead they dropped me 500m from the spot that THEY indicated so I had to cross the highway with my big luggage and reached the people waiting for me even later. The driver was not nice at all.
