Bus driver drove with excessive velocity for the type of road (plenty of curves and a narrow road). Excessive velocity and aggressive driving behaviour.

Efficient service, beatyful view. The driver complaint about on line purchased tickets. He asked for the printed tickets on paper which we didn’t have. We showed the tickets on the phone. The toilet on the bus was locked and couldn’t be used and the driver did not allow us time to go to the toilet in any stop of the trip. We were charged 2 euros per each carry on baggage and upon arrival the choffer did not take the luggage from the bus. The passengers had to take their one luggage from the luggage compartment in the bottom if the bus.

The driver was great although he didn't speak English. Found the online instructions super helpful. Also the bus driver was very professional despite not speaking any English. He got us to our destination as best he could. There was no bathroom on the 6 plus hour bus ride. The bus driver (I think) on one of the stops (communicated thru another passenger) said he'd give us 5 minutes to use a bathroom but not knowing where it was we didn't want to be left behind in a foreign country so we didn't take the chance! The 2 Montenegro customs stops one of which took over an hour to get thru!! But that's not your fault.

5 hour bus ride from Dubrovnik to Montenegro. Driver was very good with excellent customer service skills. Didn’t get a real break to get food/drink during the journey! No seat allocation was applied/given to pre-purchased ticket holders which meant it was difficult/impossible for our group of 4 to be seated close/together??

1. Driver is very rude, threw tantrums. 2. The bus ac did not work 3. No toilet break in between. The view. Old driver was very rude, he asked for euro for the suitcase, I was so worried if I'd got the correct bus and trying to show him my ticket first, he threw tantrums, shouted at me, walked away, didn't allow me to put my suitcase. He shouldn't at lots of people. He doesn't speak English so no one knows what's happening.
