Easy from the booking to the arrival ! It was around 7.30 am and I wanted to book a seat at 9 am, but by the time I checked everything on the website, the time slot was no longer available. So, I took the 11.30 am option. However, on place, I could change at the counter and depart at 10:00. I had a great experience at Mochit bus station ! Indeed, people at the counters are very helpful and proactive ! Offering naturally their help seeing me being a bit lost. If you want to grab things on the bus, there are many little shops, also if you’d like to eat on place. The bus departed on time, but arrived 1h later than planned. However, there is a warning on the website indicating that the hours can differ due to festivities and so on. The bus was old, and I guess that there was a time where the seats options functioned (massage + possibility to lay it). However, they’re still comfortable. The bus stopped at different locations approaching the city, so if you’d like to descend before the bus station, feel free to ask ! The 5-6 hours journey (including a 15’ break) went smoothly. They give a bottle of water and a little snack before starting. So, for 12€, I find it incredibly cheap !
