My booking was for 1:00 p.m., they picked me up at 1:50 p.m., and it's worth mentioning that I was the first to be picked up. Then we spent about 2.5 hours picking up people. I was supposed to arrive in Krabi at 3:30 p.m., but I arrived around 7 p.m. It's worth mentioning that halfway there, they dropped off some guys because the bus wasn't going where they had bought their tickets (when they sold them the tickets, they told them they would take them there). Honestly, terrible. I don't understand why they have good reviews.

My father-in-law suffered a stroke in Brazil and we need to return urgently. I asked to make the transfer instead of taking me to Krabi to take me to Phuket airport and they couldn't. I found it a lack of respect and empathy, since the trip to the airport would be much shorter.

We booked for 11 am but the bus was full so we have been told to take the one 15 min after. I was next to 2 luggages I had to push every time there was a turn in order to have space.

I arrived at the terminal 40 mins earlier. The staff were nice to let me board an earlier van that leaving then. Saving me the wait! The ride was great. No excessive speed and comfortable seats. The driver was super kind by offering me a bottle of water when I asked him where can i buy one. Thai hospitality is unbeatable!
