Florine HThe driver was dagerously speeding almost the whole time. Sometimes 50 km faster that was allowed! I was glad we made it safely to our destination. I would rather arrive 20 minutes late than end up dead or in hospital. I know we left late becaus we had to wait for a lady that was not on time at the airport but that is not the falt of the driver.

Loic FDespite the name, the pick up area is not at Phuket airport, you need to take a grab and be dropped in the middle of a highway. The area is super dangerous, there is no clear communication and it's full of trash. On top of risking your life due to the traffic of the highway, the bus was more than 30min late, while asking me to be there "at least 30min in advance". Clearly my most disappointing 12Go experience until now.
