When I booked the transfer, the scheduled pickup time was 10:30. However, I woke up to a message from the driver saying he would arrive at 9:45 instead. Although this was much earlier than the agreed time, I replied that it was okay. When the driver arrived, I politely told him that we were ready and only needed a couple of minutes to close our bags before coming outside. Instead of understanding, he started shouting and said he would leave. I reminded him that we had paid for the service and were not asking for a free ride. He then said he would wait until 10:00. We came outside at approximately 9:55, well before the time he had given us, but he had already left. I immediately called and messaged him several times, but he ignored my calls. Eventually, he replied saying that he had left and would come back to pick us up later, without giving us any estimated time. He finally returned at around 10:40. Throughout the entire experience, his attitude was very rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, he later sent me a message demanding that I apologize to him or he would cancel our transfer. I had done nothing that required an apology. The only thing I told him was that I intended to report his behavior and leave a negative review because of the way he treated us. I believe this level of customer service is completely unacceptable. We booked and paid for the transfer expecting professional service, but instead we were treated with disrespect and unnecessary hostility.

I already booked the tickets at 2PM so I was arrived early at terminal and thet changed the bus departure time at 3PM, I can accept that it but when I arrived at that time the staff said that you can wait no.7 line

12go is legit. I showed the ticket counter worker the QR code I got from email and she gave me the proper ticket for the bus. Seats are tight and not super comfortable. Default recline of the seats is like a negative angle and super uncomfortable, so you need to angle it back

bus was 30 minutes late, very old bus with a weird smell and 70s decorations lol but the seats were roomy. 3 hour journey with no stop and the driver played really loud music but nothing too bad.

We booked a trip from Krabi Town (Hotel Transfer) to Phuket Bus Terminal 1. Pick up was scheduled for 7am but could be 30 mins early. A songthaew showed at 6:35am at our hotel and drove us off to Phuket Town Bus Terminal where we transferred to the air-conditioned van - scheduled to leave at 7:20am. We showed our 12go eticket to the songthaew driver and then again at the Phuket Town Bus Terminal van counter (who then gave us a paper ticket). The only issue, if you call it that, was we didn't stop for a break along the way. Personally, we didn't need one. Highly recommend this operator.

I arrived at bus terminal for 10.30am bus departure....waited waited waited....the bus finally departed 11.40..no information issued....i asked a few times....noone was helpful at all...in fact 1 woman who was sitting at the checkin counter next to the one i checked into simply refused to even acknowledge me while i was politley trying to get some info.....so, terrible customer service/communication....
