I booked a transfer for 17:30. My flight landed significantly late, and I only got network access at 17:47, at which point they informed me the driver could only wait a little longer. At 18:07 they confirmed the driver was still there. I replied within seconds saying I was one minute away, ran outside, and immediately called and texted to locate him. No driver, no sign, complete silence. That silence has now lasted over 24 hours. No response to calls, no response to messages, no refund, no acknowledgement whatsoever. They had full access to my flight information. Leaving a passenger stranded over a one-minute gap caused by a delayed flight, and then refusing to engage or reimburse, is simply not acceptable.

The car was packed, full with people and a lot of luggage. I am a small lady but I had to sit in front beside the driver and it was tiny. After 2 hours you really felt it in your legs. I understand they want to fill the cars to the brim but maybe one less would have been good.

There were essentially zero directions or guidance of where to go. The van was overly crowded once I found it and then I had to tell the driver to stop, as he'd passed my accommodation. I made it, but this was very disorganized to say the least.

Slightly chaotic check-in, we had to ask a lot in order to be assigned to the right bus. Bus was incredibly full. Not a lot of leg room.
