Pick-up was terrible. We had booked for 4 persons, but on his list was only 2. So there was almost no space for us. Luckely we traveled with kids, so we could fit in small space. The driver was driving like a maniac. Calling behind the wheel and almost crashing two times. We booked hotel drop-off, but he dropped us somewhere on the main road.

I’ve booked a hotel pick up to airport trip. The departure was supposed to be between 9:40 and 10am. The driver called me at 9:25 because we weren’t ready and waiting with our suitcases at the entrance of the hotel. He was rude, telling me to hurry and be quick because the scheduled had changed (which I was not aware of) and that he will leave in 5 minutes. After explaining that it was not what was agreed, he stayed until 9:40 for us to finish our checking out. We arrived at the airport more than one hour before the scheduled time.

The service is excellent! Mr. Kong and whole team are very trustworthy in the transfers organisation! The van is comfy and with air-conditioning. I would recommend as n.1 !

The driver came 1 hour later than scheduled without any information. The trip took us 4 hours instead of 2 hours and 45 minutes. Moreover we had to wait about 45 minutes at the bus station again…

Got me to my destination, so that’s the important part. It wasn’t a comfortable trip though. I was rudely ordered to move to a back seat that had so little legroom, I had to prop my legs up on the hard plastic seat in front of me. The van was packed and too hot. It also didn’t deliver to the hotel as was advertised. Dropped off on a main road where I had to walk some distance to find the actual hotel. Granted, this is all pretty common in Thailand for tourist transportation, hence the “average” rating.
