Taxi at hotel came on time. However, she was driving dangerously and sending messages on her phone while driving. Then when arrived at the bus station told me to wait 10 minutes for the van for my destination. I waited more than 1h30 to finally get in the van after asking to 5 differrent drivers what van is going to my destination.

Well, i booked from the Airport 12,30, and the trip should take 2,5 hours. We left the Airport 13:15, and the trip took al little more than 3 hours. The driver was great, but its not easy to plan the trip. So plan in good time, and be aware that it will take som time to fill up the car before they leave. Maybe its more convenient,.just to take a car direct at the airport, and not book in advance..there were lots of taxis around.

The driver was leaving packages at 5-6 different stopps and it took extra time to get to the hotell. We had luggage inside the van and it was not comfortable to sit.

Transfer was good. Whilst the ticket/receipt does say that anta lanta resort is an additional 150bht per person, it would be helpful to state that this is payable to the driver in cash.

Very comfortable trip, safe driving, takes you from the airport, 3rd floor, door 6 (if i remember correctly it is on same floor as all the airline booths) - NOT FLOOR 2, FLOOR 2 IS A WAITING AREA, NO VEHICLES CAN ACCESS IT. You travel from the airport, then on the ferry, then over the bridge to Koh Lanta, i believe the ferry's run until 9/10pm!! You stay in the van the whole time unless you want a brief toilet break at the fuel station or cigarette break on the ferry.
