Good transport service with RTC in Krabi. The van was comfortable and the ride was smooth. Perfect option for transfers in the area. However, 12Go sent us a confusing email telling us to go to the RTC office but without any address or directions, which made it a bit difficult to find. Our ride from krabi town to khao Sok town was clean and well done. Driver was on time, there was a lot of room for us and we were able to put our big bags in the trunk. We stopped for snacks and food. The drive was also shorter than expected and in just two hours we arrived at our accommodation. have nothing to complain about.

Overall good, however there was a number to contact in case of any questions. I've sent a message to confirm an exact pick up location, and never got a reply. Managed to get to the right place ourselves.

First of all, the driver did not get the right address to pick us up. We gave the right hotel address but apparently another address was communicated to him so we started with a 45min delay. Then the trip lasted 6h instead of 4, the driver made maybe 5 stops along the way, people were getting on and getting off for no reasons like a city bus, we had to stops in another place and change van with no explanations. As a result, we did the trip to go back with a private cab. Very poor experience with that Ao Nang/Khao Sok transfer.

Krabi - Khao Sok: "Call me Taxi" departs outside of the bus terminal in Krabi. Look out for a minivan with a sign close to the flag pole. Ride was good with a break and on time.

The experience was alright. Bus was on time and made a stop for snacks and restroom. it was just SO HOT and I was practically dripping with sweat, also the seats were rock hard. If you don’t care about the comfort then it’s an easy cheap choice
