The driver tried to make me get out of the van away from my hotel as he said I could walk the rest of the way. When I explained my bag was too heavy he got angry. He dropped me at the hotel as requested. Then when he got my bag he threw it on the floor and said it was light and I could’ve walked. Really shook me up. I’m a lone female traveller and that type of aggression is awful to experience. The additional time on his journey would’ve been max 5 minutes and it was written on my ticket they would drop me at the hotel. Pretty shocking behaviour. The driver also left Krabi airport, we drove for twenty minutes only to return back to the airport to pick up two more passengers!

The drive was experienced and friendly, the car comfortable and un good condition. But as everyone can imagine it with all the luggage it gets a bit tight. I assume that the luggage policy ist not as strict as mentioned in the exclaimer. When everyone would pay for extra luggage and instead less people would be in the van it would be more fare for all who have small luggage and more comfortable. So everyone who whats to have comfort should be aware that this depends here with a van on the amount of people and luggage. Those who can't live with that should hire a private transport.

We were a bit late leaving Ao Nang. And there was a long wait to get onto ferry to Ko Lanta but nothing you could do about that.

Probably the worst transfer we’ve ever booked with 12go. They only have room for about 4 small pieces of luggage. After that all spaces between people get filled. If you have a piece of luggage and a small bag, the small bag is either on your lap or where your feet are supposed to go. They filled up all 15 seats, plus everyone had luggage (several of which were oversized) and each of us had a backpack or bag. It was so cramped. We even had luggage at the door so if there was an emergency we would not have been able to exit the van. Our departure was an hour late too. They seemed so disorganized. The noon and 1pm departures were combined and both vans left a few minutes after 1 pm. What was really interesting was there were only about 3-5 people leaving at 1 pm. Our driver got called minutes after we left and he had to turn around. Not to pick up people, but to add packages to our already cramped van. Then we had to stop for fuel. Then the driver decided he was hungry and went on a food run. He didn’t let anyone out. It wasn’t a scheduled pee break. Nope just for him to have a smoke and get something for himself. So all in all what was supposed to be a 2-1/2 hour trip quickly turned into over a 4-1/2 hor trip. The 30 minute delay at the ferry (due to traffic) was the only acceptable delay we really had. I gave 2 stars because the van was nice, a/c worked well, and we arrived in one piece.

Driver arrived later, we did not get any confirmation or message of the arrival. The trip was good, overall 2 hours 20 minutes to our hotel. The van was a bit crowded, we were sitting next to a pile of luggages, not the safest option.

The waiting time for the ferry was about 2 hours. The Van hast no luggage Space, this means that the luggage must be placed around you and the other passangers. Its cheaper to buy in 12go than directly online. Thats the good side and the driver drives fast. We had to wait over 30 mins extra and then had To figure out our reservation was not on the list of the driver. The number of the company is not available (we tried to reach them already day before, before making out Booking, never got an answer). We ended up waiting extra minutes and the last Seat before the driver could check with the office.
