they wanted to pick me up before 12pm. At 11:58pm they called me and told me, that my pick up hostel is not available on their lists and that I needed to come with my whole luggage to a certain pick up point. Then refuse to drive 3km towards me.

booked a transfer from Krabi to Surat Thani and paid four times the normal price, expecting a comfortable and safe trip. Instead, it turned into a nightmare. At 8 a.m. I was picked up by a private car and taken to a small office near the Surat Thani bus station, where I was left waiting for an hour in extreme heat without even being offered a glass of water. After that they put me on a minibus with only Thai passengers. The driver constantly used his mobile phone while driving, repeatedly taking both hands off the wheel. I have photos and videos as proof. At times his head kept dropping forward and his eyes were closing because he was clearly exhausted. I was honestly afraid for my life during this trip. When we arrived in Surat Thani, I was dropped at the bus station 30 km away from my final destination. From there they put me into a shared taxi without air conditioning, in heavy smog, for another 30 minutes. In total I had to change three different vehicles, wait for an hour in a hot office, and spend the journey feeling unsafe because of the driver's dangerous behavior. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this agency. Even 1‑2 Travel refused to refund even a part of the money, despite the fact that this trip normally costs much less.

The driver drove very very fast and it was dangerous. He waited for 2 people coming from another boat and then was late to get to the airport to drop some passengers. As such, he drove without any security and we were all very scared. I will never use your service again.

The transfer was fine, however it was unfortunate that when I tried mutiple times Whatsapping them and calling them to confirm the transfer time I did not hear from them until the transfer driver already arrived 30 minutes before expecting them.

We have booked a van to go from Koh Lanta to Ao nang and after 2 hours the conductor told us to get out the van. After 10 min a man told us now to get in a pickup during 28 min. No information about this, our luggages were directly exposed to the sun on the roof and us at the rear.
