What was advertised as a 4 hour travel day almost turned into a 12 hour travel day. The only thing that was on time was the pickup to take us to the ferry. The brought us an hour early. the workers at the bus station in Trat seemed very flustered, unorganized, and confused. So it seems like maybe this has to do with your company (not the workers). The ride said we would get to Pattaya at 12:15 pm. We didn’t even leave Trat until 12 pm, and arrived in Pattaya at 5:30. If you have any plans after this ride, I consider making them for the day after you’re supposed to arrive. This company is unreliable and not honest. This would be solved if you could figure out how to do proper and ethical advertising of the journey, rather than leading people on with the promise of a short ride just to get more money out of people. The driver pick me Up at 7 i was ready all other people not ready until 8 i was on this Truck with motor running exhaust Gas in the nose they never stop a Motor terrible. The ferry was good. The driver to pattaya very stupid not one word english no informations about a break and for how long. The Van very unkomfortable.

The pickup was on time at the resort in Koh Kood. The board and the van next to Pattaya were comfortable. We leave at 12:30 from Koh Kood and arrived in Pattaya at 19:30. We experienced a not direct road in our trip, we made an unexpected pickup adding some time to reach our destination

Booking was very easy, rate very good. Waiting times not too long but bus was extremely slow. Info on change in transfer would be helpfull.

The trip takes way longer than told! I read the reviews before and thought it might was an exception or they had a hotel far away, but the transfer took indeed 2,5 hours longer than estimated, without any special reason. We arrived at 6:30 p.m in the hotel (and were the first ones that got dropped off). Summarized the trip was pretty exhausting. Lots of waiting time and the minibus was very uncomfortable. But two stars cause there is no other connection from Koh Kood to Pattaya (as far as I know). So better then nothing.

Pick up was 8:30am, didn't get picked up till 9:05am. Supposed to be in Pattaya by 4pm. Didn't get to my hotel in Pattaya till after 7:15pm... There were 3 transfers that were not mentioned on the itinerary.
