1 hr belated pick up. Overloaded van. In between stop in Krabi, again belated pick up. Again crazy overloaded van. Fazit: we missen our ferry to Ko Mook at Saladan Pier. Would never book again wirh this company.

We booked a transfer from Khao Sok to Koh Lanta, departure was at 9.00 and we arrived at 14.30. We had to change vans in Krabi and then continued to Koh Lanta via the Hua Hin Pier. Both vans were full and we had to put some luggage in the rows, but overall the experience was smooth and very good value for money.

The second driver from Krabi to Koh Lanta was not nice at all.. He drove very fast and the vehicle was bumping all the time. So it was a very bumpy ride, but not in a nice way.

We arrived more then 2 hours late at Koh Lanta, I had to transfer vans and nobody could explain what was happening, had to wait an hour for the next bus. There was only 1 stop to get some food in the beginning of the trip, but then I didn’t know how lang the travel was going to be and that I would’ve be able to buy something afterwards.

The company added a person to our second leg of the van last min and my partner and I were squished next to all the luggages with no room while others had room. We paid extra for space for our luggage too. They shouldn’t have added the extra person last minute.

We booked the bus Khao Sok - Koh Lanta. The company was very well organised, the bus left on time and the driver spoke good English. We asked them if they could make a stop in Krabi (not our destination on the ticket) because one of us was sick and needed to go to hospital. They were extremely understanding, stopped in Krabi and even drove us to the hospital for free in one of their vans (since they couldn't refund us the money for the rest of the trip), amazing service!
