Driver was very erratic and on his phone watching TikTok’s a lot. The bus was packed full of bags - a lot of people not paying attention to the rule of one big and one smaller bag. The driver was also late and not really clear on whether we were on the right bus, he also didn’t check tickets.

Great minibus service! The driver was on time, and we even left early, allowing us to arrive quickly at our destination. He dropped us off right in front of the hotel without any issues. The driving style is typically Thai—slightly dynamic but nothing concerning. Overall, very good service!

Travelled from Khao Lak to Ao Nang. The trip was all good. We had to switch vans at one point. We had 2 toilet stops on the way. It wasn’t very clear from pdf where the pick up point was, we contacted support and they clarified the details quickly (in 1 hour)

You can be glad that you have arrived at your destination. The voucher says pick-up at 9.20 am. Then it says +/- 30 minutes. So we waited in the lobby from 8.50 am. Around 10.15 there was still no one there. We called and were only told to wait. After a short background music, they hung up. Around 11.15 there was still no one there. So we called the reception. The answer was that they were already there and we should wait. The car arrived shortly before 12. So we waited three hours.... ! The driver takes people to the bus station in Krabi and then pays in cash if you want to continue to the hotel.
