Safety last on board the bus. -- The luggage was stacked at the back so that in case of an accident, the suitcases would fly through the heads of the passengers. This is easy to fix. -- The driver was checking emails while driving 100 km/h (I have recorded the video if anyone asks). This is more difficult to fix.

Lots of stops on the way to pick up and drop off packets. No proper aircon but not crazy hot either. No room for luggage, we had to buy an extra seat for our bags but were allowed to share the seat and cost with another traveling couple. One 5 min toilet break.

Van is very old. Someone said there were no seatbelts but they are laid over the back of seat and easily retrieved. We were the only foreigners on the bus and the only ones who used them. We made 13 stops, picking up and dropping off passengers and boxes. I’d like to see the driver use earphones and keep both hands on the wheel as he took several phone calls along the way. Departure and arrival times were very accurate.

All seats where full so even with small backpacks there was totaly no space left for legs or movement. They also had boxes on board for delivery in other towns/ places. The trip took 5 hours insted of 3.5. It was a typical Thailand experiance but for the next time we gonna book a grap/taxi or other transport for such long distances
