Really great service, everything was explained well both in email and in person. Things went smoothly. Also very helpful to be dropped off at the hotel since there’s limited Tuktuks in Huay Xai. Note: it’s good to be in Huay Xai the night before your slowboat to be able to get a seat. The cafe you get picked up in Chiang Mai is also really nice.

We had an issue that needed immediate action in the hospital so we could not do the whole trip. They've taken such great care of us and were even willing to bring us back to the border a few days later free of charge. I highly recommend this company! The bus itself was super comfortable and there were plenty of toilet stops.
