I am at my destination, thanks! But… we were waiting 1 hour, nobody coordinate us, we used to run to cashiers and ask. When bus arrived passengers for next bus decided that is their bus and boarded, driver didn’t check tickets. After we lot our seats the driver started took out the passengers with tickets on next bus))) Imagine: you have ticket on 13:00, you boarded on right lane on Pattaya bus, and driver took you out))) Estimated arrival time was 13:45, actually we arrived at 15:45 .3707202086729E+24;

Very bad. The bus should leave at 9 am. He left at 10 am. The ride didn't take 2 hours. Instead it took 3 hours. The operater at Boarding was very rude. The bus driver couldn't tell where we have to get out. The AC at the bus was way too cold. Now I'm sick after this ride.

Its very difficult to find the Busses, for a foreigner. Its will be a big advantage to install the right signs in english outside at the mainroad.

I booked the bus for 3 pm. We left at 4pm and arrived at 8pm!! Instead of a 1,5 hours trip. They didn’t even stop at the busstation north in pattaya, but dropped us at some busstop. Because of that we had to pay extra 171B to reach to our hotel. Never again!!!

The bus arrived over an hour late for departure from Bangkok but most importantly, the bus does not go to Bali Hai pier. Disappointed as the destination was the reason for us booking with this agency. We had to take a grab from where we were dropped off (random corner on the highway) and ended up at Bali Hai pier almost 2,5 hours after the estimate from the company. Otherwise the bus itself is what you pay for, mid AC and no seat belts. The luggage is stored in the midway of the bus. Would not choose this company again.

The place of departure was poorly indicated. We came in time, but had to wait 1,5 hoirs for the bus to leave. And I accidentally bought the insurance, which was never my intention. This should be made more clear on the 12GO website.
