We were picked up right at the hotel by a woman in a private car and driven to the bus station in Krabi. “Wait 10 minutes,” they said. More than 30 minutes later, the bus finally arrived—and it was already completely full. We were four more people, including luggage, trying to get on. There was no luggage compartment, so people ended up sitting with bags and suitcases. My friend was squeezed into the back, unable to move or even look out the window. I understand that people want to make money, but this whole setup was completely unacceptable. The only positive thing was that the driver actually drove safely (though he probably had to—otherwise someone would have ended up with a suitcase in their head…).

Picked up from my hotel in a taxi, taken to Krabi central bus terminal and after a short wait we set off in a very comfortable mini bus. Fantastic value for money.

Got even a private pick up from my hotel in Ao Nang to the krabi bus station. Had to wait around 10 minutes until the shared van left, which was totally fine. Air co was good. Drive too. Alli fine

From the hotel to our destination, no problem, just slow, but om the way back, omg, the driver was talking non stop on the phone, he was unkoncentreted and was watching film on his phone while he was driving. When we were waiting for the ferry he was just sitting as he was not there suttenly he was accelerating, with that result his plastic cup tipt right down on my bellongins, so they went sooking wet, when came to Ao Nang, he could not find our hotel, so I had too find it on GPS, but we were sat of 500 m away still
