Driver was on time, duration of the trip was faster than expected. The seats were very confortable. The only suggestion is maybe to get a WhatsApp text the day before because I was wondering if the driver will really come. I usually receive the name plate and driver name for other cities. Thanks.

The driver was friendly, packed all our luggage on well, and stopped for 20 mins at a great rest stop - with 7/11, Cafe Amazon, clean toilets and some other food stands. We arrived earlier than expected too.

Comfortable seats and air conditioning, however the driver was an hour earlier than expected. He was really friendly and allowed us time to get ready but I feel that we could have received notification of this prior. Also, the breaks on the van vibrated a lot, suggesting the pads had worn away which was a bit scary.

Good service, they were very punctual, the van was comfortable and had just right amount of AC. The drop off point is NOT at the end of village but at the beginning. You will be proposed 100/200 bht per person to reach your resort and either you walk or pay more. Due to… unofficial taxi association you also cannot take grab (which would be around 70-80 bht per car) and if you order it the driver will write on the chat to cancel it as they can’t pick you up.
