I think this would be a fine service, but my flight was delayed, so I was not able to take the bus that I had booked. This is not the fault of 12go. I will try to use your services in the future.

The bus left at 9:30 am, but the 12go ticket said 8am. Had to wait extra 1.5 hours. Not to bad, but not 5 stars.

The bus was on time, the border crossing was good from the company and the food was fine. Our bus was quite battered with a lot of mosquitos on it but the driver was good and staff friendly.
