Bad experience with both the operator and the driver. You told us to wait for the bus, but you forgot to call us. When I asked twice to double-confirm, you scolded us. Please don’t treat us like children — you were the one who forgot to call. On top of that, the driver looked sleepy and was swerving left and right. One of the passengers even offered him coffee. Very unsafe and unprofessional. The annoying sound from the absober. Not comfortable to sleep.
